1. About this policy

OXODIAN ("we", "us" or "our") develops and publishes Meadow Photo Block Puzzle ("Meadow" or "the game"). This policy explains the information handled by the game and by the services described here.

Meadow is currently in testing. The Android testing release integrates the Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform using official Google test advertising IDs. Google test ads use the advertising SDK and may communicate with Google; they are different from older offline development builds that only simulated advertisements. The advertising sections below apply whenever the advertising SDK processes information.

Privacy practices for visiting oxodian.com are described separately in our website privacy policy.

2. Information handled by Meadow

Game information stored on your device

Meadow saves your current puzzle arrangement and merged groups, move count, completed and unlocked levels, hint balance, daily reward state and preferences such as sound and music settings. This lets you resume play and retain your progress. These saves are stored in the app's local storage; the current game does not upload them to an OXODIAN server or offer OXODIAN cloud accounts.

Information we do not ask you to provide

The game does not require a name, email address, phone number or account login to play. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise device location for puzzle gameplay.

Information you choose to send us

If you email support@oxodian.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or device details you choose to include. We use this information to answer your request, investigate an issue and handle follow-up. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Our email provider processes delivery and storage of support messages.

3. Google AdMob advertising

The Android release integrates Google AdMob, Google's advertising service. In an ad-enabled version, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share information for delivering and measuring ads, preventing fraud and maintaining the advertising service. Depending on the SDK, your device settings and your choices, this includes:

Google handles this information under its own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from partner apps and the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures.

We have not enabled a separate analytics or crash-reporting service in the current game. This does not mean that AdMob collects no analytics: advertising measurement and diagnostics are described above. The current Android testing release uses official Google test ad units and does not provide in-app purchases. Non-personalized advertising can still process personal data.

4. How information is used and shared

Local game information is used to operate the puzzle, remember preferences, maintain progression and provide rewards. Support information is used to respond to you. Advertising-related information is handled by Google and its applicable advertising service providers for the purposes above.

OXODIAN does not sell your puzzle save or support correspondence. AdMob may process advertising information in ways that are regulated as sharing or targeted advertising in some jurisdictions. Your applicable choices are described below. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request or protect users and our services.

5. Your privacy choices

You can play without creating an OXODIAN account. You can change game preferences in the game and remove local saves through Android's app-storage controls.

The Android release uses Google's consent tools. The game requests updated consent information before initializing the advertising service and does not request ads when the required consent state is unavailable. Where Google requires a consent form, the game presents it; where privacy options are required, a Privacy choices entry appears in Settings so you can revisit them. Advertising is subject to connectivity, availability and applicable regional requirements. Requests use a non-personalized advertising setting; this does not remove consent requirements. Optional advertising rewards are granted only after the SDK confirms that the reward was earned.

You can also manage your advertising ID and available ad-privacy settings in Android. The exact controls vary by Android version. Turning off personalization does not necessarily stop all advertising or the data processing needed for contextual ads, security and fraud prevention.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Email us to make a request concerning information OXODIAN holds. For information held independently by Google, use the controls and contact routes in Google's privacy policy.

6. Retention and deletion

Local puzzle information remains on your device until you clear the game's app data or uninstall it, subject to any backup or restore behavior provided by your device or operating system. Clearing app data removes your saved progress and preferences. OXODIAN does not hold a server copy of your current puzzle save.

We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the enquiry and related issues, or to meet applicable legal obligations. To request deletion of support information, email support@oxodian.com. We may ask for enough information to verify the request and identify the relevant correspondence.

Google determines retention of information processed through its advertising services under its own policies. We cannot delete data that Google independently holds directly from your device. There is no OXODIAN game account to delete.

7. Security and international processing

We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle, but no device, storage system or transmission method is completely secure. Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google and our email service provider may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable safeguards and privacy terms.

8. Children and age suitability

Meadow is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information to OXODIAN. The age at which a person can consent to certain data processing may be higher in some countries; ad-enabled releases must respect applicable age and consent requirements.

If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact support@oxodian.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where applicable.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its service providers or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top identifies the latest revision. If a release adds new data practices, this policy and any required in-app disclosures will be updated before those practices begin. Other OXODIAN games and apps may have their own policies.
